Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer for PURE, Daren Hogge oversees the strategic direction of PURE. In his 29 years in the network marketing industry, Daren has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with the ability to turn vision into reality. He was President of GoYin in 2008 when it merged with PURE in 2008.
Previously, Daren was a CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served as a financial consultant to one of the founding companies in the network marketing industry. He later joined the company as president. Daren became the CEO of two very successful companies in the direct selling industry and served as president of the Direct Selling Management Association in Utah for three years. Daren thinks very highly of the industry and enjoys supporting the IBOs in their quest to become successful business owners. It is his passion to team with them to ensure success.
Vice President of International
Tim Hough is Vice President of International for PURE. Tim’s experience spans multiple industries over the past 15 years. Previously, he was an original officer at PURE. He has worked with Fortune 500 industry leaders and visionary startups. Tim was the general manager of Japanese operations for one of the largest European electronics companies where he increased distribution and market penetration, and successfully introduced trend-setting products. He is fluent in Japanese. He also served as Marketing Director for Dell Asia Pacific where he led seven distinct teams that comprised over 50 individuals throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Vice President of Business Development for EMEA
Ben joined PURE in December 2018. As Vice President of Business Development for EMEA, Ben oversees the strategic growth of PURE’s Africa, Middle East and European markets. Ben holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in business management and has over fifteen years’ experience in the finance, healthcare, international business and direct selling industries. Ben enjoys playing and coaching basketball. He has two NCAA conference championship rings as a member of a coaching staff and numerous international championship rings as a professional athlete. His other hobbies include traveling, learning computer programming, teaching, and volunteering.
Vice President of Marketing
Shay joined PURE in November 2017. As Vice President of Marketing, Shay oversees the strategic marketing direction for the PURE global brand. Shay’s objective is to enhance global brand awareness for and reputation of PURE in order to help pave the way for the company’s global Independent Business Owners.
Shay brings with her more than 12 years of direct selling experience supporting both a multi-billion-dollar brand and a younger brand experiencing significant growth. In addition to her industry experience, Shay holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from Missouri State University. Shay is married and has two sons.
Chief Financial Officer
Colby Greene joined PURE as Chief Financial Officer in June of 2018. In this position, Colby is responsible for the overall financial strategy and reporting for PURE in order to meet its Independent Business Owners’, Preferred Customers’ and investor’s expectations.
Colby brings with him more than 10 years’ experience in the industry. Colby holds a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Utah Valley University and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Utah State University. Colby is married and has five children.
Director of Research & Development and Quality
Darin Blackhurst currently serves as Director of Research and Quality where he works to identify the latest trends in nutrition and product research. His primary goal is to consistently deliver high-quality products people will love. Darin has worked in the direct sales and nutrition supplement industry for more than 25 years. Prior to his current appointment at PURE, Darin worked at Nu Skin Enterprises where he held positions in product management, technical marketing, and regulatory affairs. He later worked for MonaVie as Sr. Director of Product Development and Technical Services. Darin has formulated numerous world-class, nutritional products that have helped companies grow by offering products based on sound scientific principles and cutting-edge technologies. Darin received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in management from AIU, Schaumburg, IL and a Master of Science (MSc) in applied nutrition with an emphasis in obesity and eating disorders from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY.
Director, IT Infrastructure
Nena joined PURE in January of 2014 as the Director of IT Infrastructure. She has the responsibility for providing and maintaining reliable networks, systems, end user and back end technologies for the PURE corporate office. She has more than 24 years of experience in multiple areas of IT Infrastructure.
Director of Sales Support
Brandi Snow, Director of Sales Support, oversees the PURE Success Team and Elite Services department. Since 2014, she has provided remarkable customer service and strong leadership and support for her team. Brandi has over 13 years of experience in customer service, which includes her work at Delta Airlines and Financial Advisory Firms, both in Dallas. She is passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding customers’ expectations. Brandi is a happily married mother of three who is passionate about her family and the community.
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain
As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain, Chris Ziebold oversees the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, vendor management, purchasing, and logistics functions for PURE. Chris has over 16 years of experience in financial management, primarily in the financial services industry. Over that time, Chris has been responsible for the definition, measurement and communication of financial and operational performance for business units ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations. He received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and MBA in finance from the University of North Texas.
Sam joined PURE in July 2017. As Sales Director, Sam creates and implements effective sales strategies and works closely with Independent Business Owners (IBOs), training them and helping them support their teams. Sam really understands the IBOs and knows what drives them.
Sam has a B.S. in Business Management from Utah Valley University. He is married and has two young boys. Sam enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his family and friends.
Office Manager & Event Coordinator
Lisa lives and breathes service with a smile. She joined PURE in 2014. As Office Manager and Event Coordinator, Lisa delivers outstanding support to the company’s CEO, Daren Hogge, as well as Independent Business Owners and Preferred Customers. She ensures daily operations run smoothly. Lisa attended North Texas University.
Lisa has two sons, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one grandbaby on the way. She enjoys reading, participating in spin class and boating on the lake. She had the opportunity to satisfy her wanderlust by attending corporate trips to Spain and Australia.
Director of Systems and Development
John joined PURE in 2014. As the Director of Systems and Development, John oversees the development, implementation and integration of PURE’s compensation, genealogy and e-commerce systems. With more than 25 years of systems development and implementation experience across multiple industries, John has a deep understanding of both the business and technology world. John holds bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Director of Human Resources
Laurie Shaw, Director of Human Resources, oversees PURE’s recruiting efforts as well as compensation, benefits, staffing and performance evaluation. Laurie seamlessly blends the tactical side of business with her passion to develop every team member.
Laurie joined PURE in 2014 and has over 15 years of human resources, payroll and accounting experience. She has success in cultural change, employee recognition, team development and individual strengths awareness.
